If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us by e-mail or phone, and we will promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Any item listed as "all sales final" will not be accepted for return, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To assist us in expediting your return, exchange, and/or refund, we ask that you:
- Contact us prior to returning the merchandise.
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of the date you received it.
- Return products in their original packaging in resalable condition.
- Include all accessories.
- Include a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip.
- Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box so that we can easily identify your package when it arrives and handle your return promptly.
Refunds are made in the same form as your payment and will be issued within seven days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
